Return & Refund Policy – Romify
Romify (Home Decor Accessories) apne customers ko best quality products provide karne ki koshish karta hai. Agar aap apni purchase se satisfied nahi hain, to neeche diye gaye terms apply honge:
1. Return Eligibility
- Product delivery ke 7 din ke andar return request ki ja sakti hai
- Item unused, original condition aur packaging mein hona chahiye
- Damaged ya used items return ke liye eligible nahi honge
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized ya sale items return nahi honge
- Fragile decor items agar misuse ki wajah se damage hoon to cover nahi honge
3. Refund Process
- Approved return ke baad refund 5–7 working days mein process hoga
- Refund original payment method ya bank transfer ke through diya jayega
4. Exchange Policy
- Sirf defective ya damaged items exchange kiye jayenge
- Exchange request delivery ke 3 din ke andar submit karni hogi
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost customer bear karega
- Agar product defective ho to Romify shipping cost cover karega
6. Damaged or Wrong Item
- Agar aap ko damaged ya wrong item mile, to 48 hours ke andar humein contact karein with pictures
